I like Juneau. Palin's last day in office was the day before I got here. She clearly heard I was coming. This is a lovely little town of about 30k people. I took HUNDREDS of pictures today. A pod of orca, sea lions, humpbacks, 3 different glaciers, bald eagles. Overwhelming scenery. You'll have to wait until I get back to see any photos, though, as I'm "live blogging" this all from my cell phone when I get a moment of signal. Tomorrow is Skagway, and a scenic train ride through the mountains.
