As I write this I'm sitting in a deck chair, with mountains to my left & fading coastline to my right. Seattle faded from view behind me a couple of hours ago. Right now, the massive ship I'm on is heading due west, into the sun's reflection as though it were a golden highway on the water. I anticipate losing signal any time, so you may not hear from me until the next port. Until then, I'm off to Alaska!
